Who are the people behind Explorasport?
Some of the most accomplished leaders and adventurers in the outdoor recreation field contribute to the ever-growing team of Explorasport Coordinators around the world. The organization was founded in by Philip McMaster in Toronto, Canada, following an inspiring 16,000 mile sailing adventure of 8 months in the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.

Do all Explorasport Members swing from jungle vines and travel the world?
No, of course not. Many Explorasport members never venture far from their homes, and only participate in mildly challenging activities... but often the feeling of exhiliration accompanying small successes, builds into a craving for more life experience, more action, more adventure and learning. That is our mission... to give you a taste of your own potential, and guide you to achieve the confidence and skill that will make you feel great in your own skin!

As an Explorasport Adventure Team Member, you will be recognized throughout the world by our growing network of Explorasport coordinators who provide guidance, instruction, equipment and facilities on a preferential basis to Explorasport Adventure Team Members.

What is an Explorasport RecreoServiCentre?
An Explorasport RecreoServiCentre is an operation inspected and certified by Explorasport Coordinators meeting the high standards our Coordinators and Adventure Team members demand.

Is Explorasport only for experienced adventurers?
Explorasport people range from armchair adventurers and web browsers to the most experienced expedition leaders and intrepid adventurers. We like to think we represent the culture of the world citizen, the open-minded risk taker, the spirit of adventure that many of us wish to exercise.

What if I am already an accomplished outdoors person, traveller or leader?
Then we REALLY want you to be part of the team! Adventure has as many facets as Explorasport has faces. Along with members.... we are constantly adding new adventure packages, mini-expeditions and worldwide contacts for "Explorasport adventure buddies" in every type of outdoor sport, adventure and endeavour.

How do I start my adventure?
Begin by browsing through this site, find the activities that appeal to you, use your Explorasport pre-paid calling card to ask questions of the Explorasport coordinators in their areas of expertise, have your friends check out and bookmark the various Explorasport sponsored activites you could do together.
